What does it actually involve?
Time: One 30–60 minute session per month to keep Pro. Most active mentors do 2–4 sessions/month.
Format: Live 1:1 video - no travel, no prep required unless you want to. Just show up and share what you know.
Audience: Mentees are career-changers, junior professionals, and people studying for certs. They come with specific questions.
Paid sessions: Optionally offer paid packages on top of free sessions - you set the price and the terms.
