How many free sessions do I get?

One per calendar month on the Free plan. Upgrade to Pro for £5/month for unlimited bookings with free mentors.

What does Pro include?

Unlimited bookings, rebooking the same mentor, session notes, and cert-prep tracks for £5 per month. Cancel anytime.

How do mentors get free Pro?

Approved mentors who complete at least one confirmed mentoring session in a calendar month receive Pro for the following month at no cost.

What happens if my mentor doesn’t show up?

You automatically receive a replacement booking credit valid for 30 days with any mentor of equal or higher rating. This applies to Free and Pro users.

Can I book paid mentors?

Yes. Some mentors offer paid sessions (minimum £15). You pay per session directly through the platform.

Is browsing public?

Yes. Anyone can browse mentors and read full profiles without an account. Sign-up is only required to book.

Can I cancel Pro anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your Billing page. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
